Privacy
Last updated 25 October 2026. This covers the Cheeyell Soundscape website and CARD (Cheeyell Artist Rights & Revenue Dashboard).
The short version
We hold nobody's data. CARD has no server and no shared database. Everything you put into CARD stays on your device or in storage you own.
Where your CARD data lives
- This browser: stored in your browser's own storage on your device.
- Google Drive: stored as a file in your own Google Drive. CARD uses the
drive.filepermission, which only lets it see files that CARD itself created. It cannot read anything else in your Drive. The connection runs directly between your browser and Google; it does not pass through Cheeyell Soundscape. - iCloud Drive or another folder: stored as a file you choose, using your browser's file access. Your browser asks your permission.
Statements you import (PDF, CSV or Excel) are read on your device. They are never uploaded to us.
Licence keys
Your licence key is checked on your device with a digital signature. CARD does not send the key, or anything about you, to us.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Pabbly Subscription Billing and its payment gateway. They receive the details you enter at checkout (such as your name, email and payment details) to process the payment and email your licence key. Their own privacy policies apply.
This website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use no advertising trackers.
Google user data
CARD's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CARD only reads and writes the workspace files it creates in your Drive, only to show them to you in CARD, and never transfers them to anyone.
Deleting your data
Because your data is yours, you delete it yourself: remove the workspace in CARD, delete the CARD file from your Google Drive or iCloud Drive, or clear your browser's site data. To remove CARD's access to Google Drive, visit your Google Account's third-party access settings.
